Verified listings
Listings come from local vendors and are reviewed by our Ibadan-based team with on-the-ground checks. Verification reflects those checks but is not an endorsement — ajani is not the operator of listed properties.
Secure payments
Pay securely online by card or bank transfer through Paystack. We never ask you to pay a host directly or off-platform — paying through ajani is what protects your refund rights.
Protected refunds
Cancellations follow a clear, published policy. Wallet refunds are instant; card refunds are processed via Paystack, and a failed card refund is automatically credited to your ajani wallet.
Local support
Our Ibadan-based team is reachable before, during and after your stay. Real people, in your time zone, who know the ground.
Booking safely
- Always pay and chat through ajani. If anyone asks you to pay to a personal account or move off-platform, stop — that request is a red flag and your refund protection won't apply.
- Read the listing and cancellation tier before you book. Prices are in Naira; final amounts may vary with taxes, caution fees and host policies.
- Keep your account secure. Never share your OTP or password. ajani will never ask for them.
- Report anything that feels off. Misleading listings, pressure to pay off-platform, or safety concerns — tell us and we'll investigate.
