Something simple would turn into endless back-and-forth. Even while living and working in Australia as an AI and Automation Engineer, Ladele's connection to home never left. He kept seeing the same fragmented travel experience repeat itself — not because Oyo State lacked world-class culture, hospitality, or vehicles, but because there was no unified digital infrastructure connecting them.
A graduate of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ladele has built AI, automation, and enterprise software systems internationally. He has seen firsthand how technology can bring structure to complex logistics and build deep trust where there was once confusion.
So he stopped asking "why is it like this" and started building the solution. That decision led to ajani.
